Clee Grahn

A personal connection to the South Cariboo

Originally from Vernon, Clee spent several years living in Alberta before returning to British Columbia in 2016. She purchased her first home in 100 Mile House in 2017, followed by a property in Lac La Hache in 2018, before moving to Bridge Lake in 2024. Having lived in several South Cariboo communities, she has developed a strong appreciation for the region, its lifestyle, and the variety of properties it has to offer.

Licensed in 2022, Clee is a REALTOR® with Cariboo Real Estate Group at eXp Realty. She takes pride in providing straightforward advice, clear communication, and helping her clients feel confident and informed throughout the buying or selling process.

Growing up on a horse farm, Clee spent many years working with, training, and showing horses. This background has given her firsthand experience with rural living and a practical understanding of the unique considerations that come with acreage properties.

Outside of real estate, Clee enjoys gardening, boating, camping, hunting, and spending time with animals. She and her husband, Michael, live in the Bridge Lake area with their dog, Delta.
