Meet Dave

For more than 15 years I have been honored to help Buyers to buy property and Sellers to sell in B.C.’s wonderful South Cariboo. Our area covers about 10,000 square miles, extending north to 135 mile, south to Clinton, east to beautiful Lac des Roches and west to the mighty Fraser River. It has been my immense pleasure to learn this area well so that I can give you the best help possible.

Real estate offers vast possibilities and through my 800 plus transactions I have gained invaluable experience and knowledge. I have been involved in home sales, land sales, ranches, businesses, waterfront, and back country acreages.

As a Buyer or Seller, having an experienced, honest and creative agent in your corner can turn an otherwise difficult transaction into one where the deal completes to all parties’ satisfaction. Many transactions I am involved in complete simply because I found a way to make the deal work
